A healthy vegetarian diet is known to confer a wide range of health benefits. Research has shown vegetarian suffer less heart disease, hypertension, obesity, diabetes, various cancer, etc. Vegetarian diets have also been used in the treatment of various illnesses.

The World Health Organization (1990) has recommended a reduced intake of fat and increased consumption of complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, vegetables, cereals, and pulses.

In view of different kind of disabilities and various illnesses of the disabled, we strongly recommended a healthy vegetarian diet in order to rebuild their health.
